I placed an order for an electric eyebrow trimmer on 20 May 2020 for - I was billed USD 12.45. I finally received the product on 21 September and the trimmer was broken into 3 different pieces when I took it out of the package. I immediately wrote to them and asked for a refund - but to date - 01 October I have not even received a reply. Total scam. DO NOT BUY
