I Spent many years in the meditation room years ago. It was not until my friend and mentor passed away that I had dealings at administration Staff. That is when my life changed for ever!
I have been to so many people for help and I am hoping that your office will step up to help me.
My friend and mentor passed away in April 2012. He was 89 and a long time suffer of COPD. I met him in 2009 as a landlord and as his health failed him, he required more assistance. One year prior to his death he asked me to be the executrix of his estate and after refusing several times, I agreed. My friend was of sound mind and other than his lungs he was in good health for a man of his age. His emotional health was in tact. As a matter of fact, he drove to his accountants office which is approximately a 15 minute drive from his house on the day he transitioned.

I had consented to be the executrix of his estate only because he was very proactive and paid 25,000 to have what he was told a legally air tight estate and will compiled and that all I had to do was to follow the instructions in the trust. After he passed, and after 9 months of following his instructions, the residual charity sued me for no apparent reason. I will say that once they saw the color of my eyes they were beside themselves and determined that I was not capable to carry out my friends last testament.
It is now 2015 and I have been to court 12 times without merit on any of the charges that were alleged. Their actions are scandalous and have caused me mental and emotional and economic distress for the past 2 years. Now that all of the charities including themselves have received their bequeathments, this residual charity is out to steal the money that has been allotted for me and that I have earned by carrying out the duties of my friend.

My complaint is this, the bullying by the legal intimidation by representatives of the organization have been relentless! They have-marred the reputation of the foundation and there are only two reasons for their actions. They are Greed and Prejudice!
I am appealing to your office to please put a stop to this. The organizations representatives are Out OF Control and are on a personal vendetta without merit. Greed and discrimination fuel them in their harassment of me.

They have abused their legal access to lodge a hate campaign that is senseless and without merit. Please help this stop and allow me to receive what is left of the funds which are compensation for the work I have done to close my friends estate.
Attorneys are no help that is why I am writing this letter.
Please help this consumer! If you have any horror stories in your dealings with this organization please contact me.
They treat consumers like this because they get rewarded for doing so.

The face of the organization is one of peace and uplifting light. However, my experience with the administrators are quite the contrary. Very mean spirited, vindictive, harassing and discriminatory. This is my opinion based on my experience with them for the past two years. Enter into business with them at your own risk!

Finally, take care of your family and reconcile any indifferences with elderly parents and /or to protect your inheritance and endowments from charities such as this.
