I was assigned a very inexperienced writer, that did not even know a common type/form of dissertation. Four weeks after deadline and 6 drafts later, trying to get a new writer, meanwhile trying to educate the writer on how to do research and how to write a method section on a qualitative study, pointed out fraud in the written piece to the author and support. I gave up and asked for my money back. But they did not butch, said that I did not give writer the change to make things right. Sorry but I thought I paid for an experienced writer, not someone that had to be educated as well, I would have been far easier off writing the damn thing myself. So no points for the author, no point for support, and no point for the final handling of this order.
