On my way to the Greyfield Inn on Cumberland Island, I experienced car problems. I made it to the dealership but unfortunately the service department was closed. I called the Greyfield Inn When I got to the dealership. They had heard the noise my car was making. They gave me one option only - come on Tuesday. I couldn't make the commitment because I had no idea what was wrong with the car or when it could get fixed. They said they were "a small business" and Couldn't give me my $980+ deposit back because they needed to pay their help. I told them 100% to keep the deposit and I would use it at a later time. They said that did not "meet their cancellation policy.
