I ordered brake parts for a E 350 Ford, but instead I received
brake parts for F 350, and rockauto will not refund my money. I can why see why they received an average 1.57 stars rating. They are bad, bad, bad. They cost me over $500 dollars
Tip for consumers:
Double check their order, they send out wrong parts and or claim they shipped parts but did not received.
Products used:
brake shoes and springs for drum brakes, right and left front calipers, but no brake pads, did not received.
I got an appointment, and the mechanic said he could not that day, and rescheduled for the next day, but still nom show, better off going to a shop, where you do not have pay in advance, which is always a bad idea.
