I purchased the liquid screen protector from gadget guard with a lifetime warranty and a year and 2 months later I dropped my phone and cracked the screen and now they will not stand behind the warranty only offering me a discount code for new product. Do not buy this product it is not worth it. I paid a lot of money for that liquid glass protector and the lifetime warranty for nothing.

We are sorry that you feel we do not stand behind our warranty. The reason a claim could not be filed is that your guard was not registered. Registration is required for our GuardPlus warranties because we are covering not only the guard but your phone screen as well. Because we are covering the actual phone screen we need the phone information for what is being covered under the warranty.
We do hope you will reconsider the discount code offered once your phone screen has been repaired and our Customer Support Agents would be happy to help register so the same thing does not happen again.
