Like another reviewer said, this site is all about its own motto "Everything, by Everyone." This site brings together a lot of flash movies, games, and even self created music. A lot of these works end up being collaborations by many of the community, and seeing ones with some of the "well-known" users, you know you are in for a treat.

Be careful around the site however, this community has its share of trolls, bullies, etc. There is also a porn section, however they don't wholly promote it on the front page, and have an 18+ warning to ensure that youngin's try to stay away from that area.

Many laughs will be given on this site, and many s#! Ts will NOT be given from the site.

This site was started by Tim Buckley. It's been online for quite a few years now. Tim has a passion for video games, and has a knack for drawing comics concerning a gaming fanatic "Ethan." These comics are very entertaining, and have helped spur the website with a shop, forums, and a community that loves to hang out in a group online. If you've got time to kill, start from the day 1 comic and begin a spree of laughter.

HotorNot used to be a fairly good site. However, after the recent overhaul of the site, its essentially become a part of the Badoo network (its parent company owns HotorNot now). Previous user accounts that were deactivated are once again active.

The rating option is still there, but I really had to work to find it, because they didn't list it on your homepage anymore, and they also limit the number of ratings you can give in a day. Anything beyond putting in a simple profile requires the use of credits, which obviously costs money.

Overall, the original experience has diminished, and at this point its hard to tell how much of the userbase are fake.
