I got some running shoes, tried them on, they were too small. Put them back in the box and shipped them back for a refund. I told them they weren't worn when I called in to get the return label... but when I asked why I got a store credit instead of a refund, they told me they weren't received in resellable condition. I indicated that I would be leaving reviews to let others know that they should expect a credit instead of a refund even if the shoes aren't worn and they decided to refund my money. I updated my star rating from 1 to 3 since they ultimately did the right thing, but I shouldn't have needed to push back.
