I saw this site on Instagram indicating that their shoes were sold at Nordstrom and that they accepted returns. In hindsight, I should have checked Nordstrom's site to verify. I purchased 2 pairs of cute boots from the site, however, when they arrived the boots had no additional opening to allow my feet to comfortably get into them. I reached out to the business explaining the issue and asked for information to return the items. They contacted me the next day apologizing and suggested that I use the blow dryer to stretch the material to allow my feet to get in. This was impossible as my heel could not get past the top part of the boot. I explained my situation and sent a video as they requested, yet they still continue with a back a forth communications of what they could possibly do and also now sending me their return policy, and again asking for more pictures. These people have no intention of refunding my money and are wasting my time with the back and forth. Please do not waste your time with this site. I lost my money. Don't make the same mistake and lose yours. SCAM!
