I ordered a Huusk knife and paid full price. I gave the knife away as a gift. I then received a phone call offering me another knife at half price and they would also include a leather sheath at no extra cost. I accepted the offer. In a few weeks I received the sheath, no knife and my credit card was charged $24.00 CDN. I have since incurred $16.00 LD telephone charges trying to track down the missing knife. I have received Zero satisfaction from my numerous email questions. Without a doubt this is a very poorly run company that does not even attempt to deal with a question from a paying customer.
Hi Bil, we sincerely apologize for the delayed response. We understand that you did not receive your knife and we will help you with that. To do that, please provide us with your email address and/or order number. Once we find your order, we will then refund or replace those missing knives depending on what your preference is.
