They will ask money from 3rd party to fill the resumes. And after that again they will ask money to extension. So from here i got scammed of rupees 4500+3000. And payout i got was 200 rupees. So don't trust this site. Be aware freelancer don't get scammed by these type of website. I don't wanted to give single star also. But there is no option for it.
