My problem with this company started 4-18-2022 I dropped my 2017 Hyundai Elantra for right front end damage from a Deer accident, Insurance claim says it was a 3.5 day repair. That turned into 17 days and still did not get the grille replaced as stated in the insurance claim. They never did keep me updated as their website claims they do. So it was time for me to turn in the rental car I was in I called them told they i was picking up my vehicle, and was told it was drivable but not completely finished, the grille needed to be replaced keep in mind they had 17 days to order this part and they tell me it will be there in 2 to 3 days. I guess they should blame their parts supplier on the covid like every other business. So I payed my deductible wife drove car home, when we got home I asked her if the wheel key lock was in cupholder where I put it when I dropped it off since I knew from previous experience that the front wheels would have to be removed and she said no. So I turned the vehicle upside down inside looking for it and it was not there so I called them and told them and it was like 3 days before the shop foreman Chris calls back, little did they know I already ordered a replacement and the foreman admits to it getting lost by the so call tech who was working on car, now I am questioning these so call tech ray hyde has as employees. Never in my life have I heard of anyone especially employees you put your trust into to repair your vehicle. Meanwhile the car sits in yard for a week not driving it fearing a flat and no way to get these locking lugs off. And sitting here thinking it was time to cut my loses with this useless body shop that has been in business 25 plus years, have made arrangements with another shop to finish what they were suppose to, its more money out of pocket but it will keep me out of jail. So if your reading this think twice about ray hyde shop of horror.

Found the American made tires I was looking for at a reasonable price.
