Took RV in for warranty work, was told 3 or 4 weeks, which was fine. 5 weeks later I began calling, receptionist said she would leave a message for the service manager to call back, 3 days later, "NO CALL BACK" so I called again, same story, he will call you back. Week 7 I went in there, asked for the service manager, I physically saw him, but another young lady came to great me, said the manager I was working with was not there today.
She asked how she could help and I explained I would be leaving on a trip in a couple of weeks and would like to take the RV, she pulled my paperwork from the middle of a stack and said no problem. 3 days before my trip I called in again, same run around, so the following day I went in was told it would be ready the next day. So the next day I went back, this time I got the original service manager, I had to wait an hour for them to shuffle it out of the back 40, but guess what nothing had been done, I was told they had to order parts and they would be in when I returned.
Guess what I returned and once again tried to call, same story I'll take a message.
I took my RV to freedom RV and got the repairs done in 2 weeks.

Word of advice "STAY CLEAR OF TOMS CAMPERLAND"

I called cpapdirect.com in Dec 2019 because I was having issues with a cpap cleaner I purchased on 9/1/2018 with and extended warranty. The machine has started making noises, and now only holds a charge for 2 -3 days compared to when new the charge lasted for 6 - 7 days.
I was assured in Dec 2018 that a new unit would be sent out, but it has never arrived, my guess is that they just push warranty problems under the carpet and hope they go away. The order # is *******
