The deceptive business practices of ADT make it nearly impossible go stop their contract. At one point they even created a SECOND account and began billing us double. They would cancel the contract at our request, then mysteriously start billing us again after 3-4 months. This has been going on for 2 years. BTW: we disconnected our system a year ago and have never received a call asking about a possible power outage. And STILL they continue to bill us!
