Bought a pair of boots online, the price I was quoted included no shipping or handling or fees. After the purchase, I received a confirmation invoice with the same total. However, three days later, my credit card bill shows a much higher number. I contact Sundance who tells me that there is shipping and "I don't know why your invoice would reflect no shipping", Like I was lying. I forwarded this invoice but 30 times and went nowhere. I kept getting generic responses from Donna Smith (who called me by the wrong name.) and Everson, both basically saying I was wrong even though I provided the invoice. Made absolutely no sense. At this point I asked for either a refund of the shipping or a refund of the entire order. Finally, I spoke with Jessy via online chat, And after sending him that same invoice, he acknowledged and apologizied. I really don't understand what the hell took so long to acknowledge this. I'm told my money will be refunded for the shipping, if it's not I will be back on this site. If somebody from Sundance is reading this, go ahead and find some confident people please. Or don't
