I just received some fantastic service at Loadstar tires by Dylan. He demonstrated superior customer service, and care, and not only saved my day, but asked nothing more in monetary expenses.

I had ordered a load range d tire and later realized I needed a load range E tire emailed him back after the fact and offered to pay the difference. He said no problems, just a few dollars difference that Dylan said no worries we will take care of it.

So, while I do not expect everyone should get a pass, and I want to pay for what I ask for; let me hope that my review help bring in way more business than a few dollars saved on this order. For sure I will trust and return on the next opportunity to Loadstar.
