I ordered a bird that had a 12 week estimated delivery time. I am over 23 weeks into that now, and every email gets an automated response only. They won't answer the phone & they won't answer emails. I looked on the Better Business Bureau and there are tons of complaints. I learned there that they have a very strict no refund policy. So at this point I just have to wait and see if I ever get a bird. One of the complaints was from someone who had an original eight week lead time and it had been over a year.
