Ongoing heat problems. You're charged utilities and high rent yet don't get any heat or not enough heat in freezing cold weather! The terrible maintenance Super- Elijah who does not care about tenants and is an abusive moron, refuses to give or raise the heat in FREEZING cold weather outside that has been 10 degrees, in the teens, in the 20s, in the 30s outside freezing weather! Yet we pay utilities and high rent! He is making Kips Bay Court look bad! He probably didn't get heat growing up and now wants to make everyone else suffer. And, he's being allowed to blatantly abuse tenants. He has no idea how to be a Super. He also avoids your call! It's cold inside the apartment! It's a blatant disregard of the tenants rights by law to have enough heat and he disregards one's health! The " norm" is to make sure tenants are warm in their apt and not uncomfortable. Not focus on cutting back heat or on "numbers" since thousands is paid for these expensive apartments!
