“Ignored my requests to cancel an order even though it was made minutes after placing the order.”

Absolute trash. I sent 3 cancelation requests and they were "unable to cancel as it was already dispatched". It was not dispatched, I had placed moments before and it was night time on a holiday.

I'm sure their return process is an absolute nightmare as well. I will never go to this website again.

Tip for consumers:
Don't use it. Go elsewhere.
