Lens started delaminating at 3.5 months. I purchased 12 month warranty. I'm not paying to ship them back out of my own pocket to fix your product. I'll go somewhere else in the future.

Overall timeline - weeks off schedule. Performs work without required permits. Uses COVID as an excuse for any promise that they cannot deliver on. Windows not ready - COVID. Doors not ready, which they don't even manufacture themselves - COVID. Permit(s) didn't get pulled 5 months ago when the contract was signed - COVID. I can't wait to see what else they blame on COVID.

Properly overpriced to boot, but time will tell on the quality front; I will not be surprised when they cannot deliver on all the promises the salesperson made.
