We opened an account and refinanced three vehicles with Guardians. Setting up the loans with Karen went very nicely. After our loans were completed we attempted to reach Karen by phone and e-mail multiple times with concerns and questions and never received any response. We were told certain tasks would be completed, and they were not. We have given up on resolving our concerns. We have chosen only to fund our account with enough money to cover our loans and continue to do our primary banking with Wells Fargo & BBVA.
