I bought a BV6000 from Tomtop and now the sound does not work. I need a new speaker. The various service departments for blackview and Tomtop are a tag team of delays, requests for further information and zero help. I am not the only one with this speaker problem but they reply as though my phone is the first and only one to fail like this. Now I see that they say you can have a new speaker for free but you had to write b4 Jan 2017. The phone has a 1 year guarantee and mine is 6 months old.

I bought a phone from Antiquechina2009 AKA Tomtop and the speaker failed. They gave me months of runaround and never did send a part that would cost pennys. The phone manufacturer eventually sent one and now my phone works again. I learned that Tomtop is a serial scammer and does not ship or ships empty boxes with a tracking number sometimes. False reviews common. Toxic company - stay away.

Cannot know if you do all the time but my review of Gearbest on yr site got results! Fast! Customer service referred to you when they contacted me. They are shipping my order and have sent notes of apologies - several. Will wait and see if the goods arrive in 3 or 4 days but so far so goooood. Thanks V V much. Just got another request for information about my experience so here is a global comment. I got my goods in the end but only after starting a process against them through paypal. AFTER hours of writing and waiting on hold for their chat line to respond. I have figured out that if they do an honest business with some and cheat many others they can keep some positive reviews rolling in and their profits high from the cheating side of things. Also, how many cheated customers suffer in silence. Site jabber may be only reporting the tip of the iceberg. Never again for me. Thank you Site Jabber, you were a big help.
