This website appears to be a foreign website that I'm not sure is legit or not. The dress listed was supposed to be an Amy Lynn dress. When it arrived, it looked nothing like the picture, had NO label, but was a cheap knockoff of the dress pictured. Think: 'what I ordered vs what I got'. However, customer service was perfect when I complained and refunded the cost of my item, minus a small shipping charge. So I got to keep the item AND get a refund. The dress IS pretty and is wearable, but blatantly not what was pictured. I should have known by the low price that it was too good to be true.

Purchased from this designer's website several times. The dresses are high-end, well-made and attractive, but the sizing is inconsistent. One dress in XS is fine, but the other one is too tight. The other negatives are that they don't allow reviews, so there is no feedback on anything. Shipping is expensive, as well, around $43, but if you spend $300 it is waived. Returns are a hassle; you have to pay for return shipping at a high cost, and if the item you purchased was on sale, you will only get a store credit.

My top arrived in a timely manner, was as pictured, well-made, and at a great price. However, the sizing was off. I am a size 4, and ordered the Large, because the top appeared clingy/tight on the model. When it arrived, it appeared to be a US size small. Even though it is still clingier/tighter than I'd like, I am not planning on returning it.

Sold a designer skirt with $610 tag still attached. I only received $18! I mean, really? Why do they get to keep most of the sale ($70)? I will probably never consign again. As a buyer, it's fine.

This browser shopping extension (used to save you money on purchases by trying coupons & offers special promotions on partners), is iffy at best. Sometimes it works fine & you get a rebate for a gift card. But There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. They have No Phone Number to call. All you can do is email them or 'chat' with a bot. Emails are NOT read and/or understood, or they are Also answered by bots. I made a purchase through a link on their website. It brought me to the appropriate website & I then made the purchase. NO REBATE. When you email them, they give you a canned answer, & you can tell they didn't read what you wrote, or they are a bot. Ultimately I didn't get the rebate I should have gotten.

I have placed 2 orders for Kary Brittingham's jewelry company. The first order was flawless. The 2nd order contained the wrong item. All of a sudden, the 'customer service' email listed on the site doesn't work (it bounces back to you), and the chat feature has not been manned, either. Finally, we mailed a letter to the return address on the order requesting the correct item be sent to us. That was months ago and they never got back to me. Be wary. If you have a problem, you may be SOL.

Ordered Microblade Brow Pen and Brow enhancement serum. After several days had passed without an email that my items had shipped, I left a phone message. Low and behold, the items arrived right after I called. Customer service then returned my call shortly thereafter, and I explained that I already received the products; false alarm. The browpen is perfect. Perfect color, and is smearproof and has a great brush-stroke head. Haven't tried the serum yet.

Booties I purchased were a bit too big, so I saw that a smaller size was available on the site and placed the order over the phone. I didn't want to mail in and use the exchange form because I was afraid they would sell out of my new size. After I received the email that my new order was processed, I shipped the too-big shoes back. Two days later, I noticed my smaller size order got 'cancelled' when I looked at my order history! They were out of stock, but hadn't updated their website. So it showed the smaller size was there but it really wasn't. I would have *never* mailed back the larger size had I known I would not get the smaller size. The customer service manager gave me a $10 store credit, and said he would try and intercept the return once received, and mail them back to me. ***UPDATE*** I got the bootie I wanted today! Their customer service has been spectacular. They Answer the phone promptly, are friendly, and do what they say they are going to do! Thanks to the customer service manager for making this happen. I am so happy.

Tip for consumers:
Yes, the clothes are not the best quality, but the prices reflect that. Everything I purchased has been really cute.

Order went without incident; very fast shipping. I love the authentic, designer item I purchased. The only negative would be that DHL required a signature, even though I wouldn't have requested a signature. I had to stay home all day waiting. The package wasn't delivered until 6 pm. I believe you can fine-tune the delivery by visiting the DHL site.

I sold a large, big-ticket item without incident. I didn't have to do anything after the sale. They sent a company to pick it up and delivered it to my buyer without a problem. After the seller accepted it, I got my money. It's important to post accurate pics and divulge any issues upfront. Will be posting more decor items soon. Purchase also transacted without incident.

I was having the same issue others have had with not receiving orders. It said that my item was to be received by a certain date, but according to UPS, it never even went beyond a label being created. The website even showed that my order was completed and shipped! I threatened to dispute the charge, and a few emails back and forth, low and behold, they found the 'error' and it got shipped. I received it today. I don't know if I would order again from them. I don't think an e-tailer should charge your account UNTIL your item ships.

I have purchased 3 times on Poshmark, and have been pleased with every purchase. They were all as described, and received without issue. I am considering selling on Poshmark. The things I didn't like: no response from seller with questions, and the fact that the seller can just not send you the item you bought from them and get away with it. Any seller that posts an item, takes your money, and then just doesn't send you what you paid for is in the wrong, and it's unacceptable. These sellers should have their accounts suspended, and I don't know why Poshmark condones this behavior.

The app is easy and fun to use. Have yet to sell anything, though. As for buyer responses, you get very low ball offers, or people just messing with you. Had better luck with Craigslist. Also, I wish they would have a different chime for sales vs notifications. I guess it's to make sure you look at your phone reminding you of the app, because you're not sure if the chime your heard is indicating a sale or a notification.

I've found some great recipes on this site, but I'm not sure why they changed the format. I miss being able to add my own notes to the recipes. Notes reminded me how well I liked it and why, and what, if anything, I would do differently next time. Why did they take that feature away?!

First let me say that I am a legitimate reviewer. I didn't read their reviews until AFTER I made my purchase, but I'm glad I did. I would have never ordered had I read the reviews first. The blouse I ordered is PERFECT in every way (fit, quality, looks just as pictured). It took about 10 days to get, during which I called the Customer service number. I received a call back about an hour later. Yes, the blouse came from Hong Kong, and it says made in China. There is no sewn-in tag on the blouse, and the "designer" is only listed on the hanging tag that you throw away. This may be problematic for some, but not me. It is VERY well-made and looks great. The packaging it came in is presented very well and is high-end. I cannot speak to return issues that others have had, but I would definitely order from there again.

Wonderful experience. Ordered grad party invites and postcards, which were perfect.
Everyone loved them. Liked the fact that I could add my own pictures, personalize the invites, and have people rsvp via the website. I was shortchanged one postcard, but they sent me 10 right away to make up for it. Would definitely do business with them again without hesitation.
