I received a broken glass tea kettle today which is disappointing in itself. I then soon discovered that they want to charge me a $10 shipping fee for the return, the company also did not include a packing slip, Lastly in order to return the tea pot I am to repackage it and then stand in line at the US post office. Everything about this experience was just horrible! I won't be shopping Goop at all in the future.
Tip for consumers:
I don't recommend purchasing on Goop due to the experience I had. Upsetting that they want to charge me $10 to return the broken tea pot that arrived here today, plus they did not include a packing slip and on top of that they want me to repackage the item and now stand in line at the post office! I won't be making any future purchases with Goop.
