I didn't know what they were thinking when they assigned an incompetent and unprofessional staff in their customer service hotline. He clearly didn't save enough knowloedge about their own products and services and just blabbed around the conversation to make it seem like he knew what he was talking about. In the end, that call wasn't helpful and I had to call several times before my concern was attended to.
