Ordered online, money taken but no product sent. Two weeks went by with me trying to get in touch with someone finally heard back from a guy name Mario and he was extremely rude, started talking to me as if I was trying to pull a fast one on him. Learned my lesson and sticking with 123inkcartridges.ca!
Buyer beware - do not order from this company!
Amazing ink prices and super fast delivery - no kidding we ordered replacement cartridges on Monday and they arrived on Tuesday.
They just updated their site too and it is easier to navigate.
They designed our website and even gave us a video tutorial on how to update pages. I see someone else saying they had a bad experience but I think they got the wrong company because they were forthcoming with pass codes etc. without us even asking for them and I was blown away when they sent us a video tutorial too on how to edit the site.
I guess that's the internet for ya - customer's not always right
