Storage units are as clean as storage units can be. I have a long term 5x4 storage unit to put stuff that I can't fit at work because of a small office and limited space available.
My unit is in North York around Leslie and they have always been good to me. Just make sure you pay your bill or put it on pre-authorized payment so you don't have any issues like the previous person.
Tip for consumers:
Put your payments on pre-auth to avoid any interruptions because storage business is difficult to run. Be good and the sales people there will treat you as such.
Onyx team members are truly exceptional with remote IT support. All of my employees that I manage are happy with Ralph (our service guy) and his attitude towards non-technical people is humble and understanding.
With current Covid situation, I strongly recommend any small business to have an IT expert on their side because it pays off.
Tip for consumers:
No small business should be without remote IT support in today's environment. My tip for others is to not wait until something bad happens. Find someone you can trust to have your back. I can recommend Onyx because they have helped us a lot.

They were able to quickly diagnose the issue and repair. The part had to be ordered and shipment took a bit of time - no fault of their own (Covid-life), but they were able to advise me on how to use my machine while waiting, which shows they care. It is as good as new now. Thank you to Ralph and Tony.
