DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! You will regret it. Terrible business, terrible terrible terrible! This was the worst experience I've ever had with a party rental company.

To start off, customer service is terrible, no one knows anything they wing it.
Trying to make the reservation was the first sign, I wish I would have listened to that sign. That was a hassle.

Then, I rented the Water Slide from 11: am-7: pm, and it showed up 2 hours late!

The water slide valves that spray water onto the slide were missing, or broken off, so we had to attach a hose to top of slide to get water on the slide. The bottom pool does not have any protection from the kids falling straight to the hard ground, at a very fast speed, there should be some sort of protection/cushion at the bottom so they don't hurt the butts and back. All the kids were getting hurt left and right!

Then, they never returned to pick up the slide. Never called to arrange a pick up time, then showed up unannounced the next day, midday.

My husband called shortly after they dropped this so called water slide off, to ask about the water hook for the "water-slide", and was told it's not a water slide, but just a pool! Strange, because there website it clearly states Water Slide! After back and forth with the so called manager, everyone seems to be a "manager" at this company, he offered a $40 refund on our $200 rental of a water slide. Never received a refund. After calling multiple times, and told every time they are refunding me and I will get a receipt, but never received anything! I eventually wasn't able to reach a manager anymore, and was constantly just put on hold for 10+ minutes.

I eventually had to call my bank and have them reverse the charges. My next step is reporting them to better business business bureau California. They are not going to get away with this!
