This is actually about their online store.
I ordered this for my mom for Mother's Day. It got here 5/4/21. I was going to give it to her early but wanted to see it first. I opened it to see this really cheap looking heart set. I couldn't locate it on the site.
I contacted Gordon's "customer service" dept just to be told "oh so sorry send it back and allow us a month to refund you"
So of course I'm taking pictures of this cheap knockoff they sent me before that. I saw it was a Pandora necklace. It's not on Pandora's site because it's from Valentine's Day TWO YEARS AGO. Not to mention it still had the price tag on it listing half of what I paid.
I found it on Jared. Sure enough. $57 for the set. And this place charged me $109 and I didn't even get the right merch or have a present in time for Mother's Day. IT'S NOT EVEN A REAL DIAMOND, IT'S CUBIC ZIRCONIA.
And it's not even in a Pandora box! It looks like someone pocketed the money for the real jewelry and got rid of a Valentine's present from their ex
I showed my mom what I ordered for her vs what they sent me. I ordered something else from a reputable company. It'll be a week late but I bet it's what I paid for and it's much prettier.
Needless to say I want a full refund. I'm not paying to ship their mistake back to them. I will never order from them again and will tell everyone I know not to waste their time on this pathetic excuse for a business.
