I ordered a Halloween Costume for my 8 Year Old Son that was not available anywhere else (a Super Cute Icee Bear Costume). The initial price was within our budget and I was ordering early so felt confident it would arrive for Halloween. I got a reply saying that the listing was mis-priced and that it was going to be a lot more. At first I was upset and felt they should honor the posted price. But Deanna was accommodating and reduced the additional amount to be reasonable, which I appreciated. Then unfortunately, the costume just kept not arriving. It was delayed like everything else in the world right now. Deanna was very responsive in getting back to me with status and very apologetic about the delay. I ultimately had to cancel the order and go a different route - but they were again very accommodating and refunded my money very quickly. Despite the outcome - I still felt it was a positive experience and they were very attentive to me as a customer.
