It's been a few years since the last review and I just came across it, so I wanted to update. I have not had a single problem with ordering calendars from this company since I left that review. It was apparently a one-time problem, and the problem was mostly with "Trevr" or whatever. I've ordered calendars every years for about 10 years and that was the one time I had a problem. The quality is amazing, the turnaround in shipping is quick, and the customer service (other than that one guy) is excellent. I highly recommend this company for your personalized and customized calendar needs.

Had to fight for what I ordered, but they made it right.

After using this service for 7 years, they discontinued the "Lifetime" pricing I had worked towards by ordering many calendars a year, so I already wasn't thrilled, but the system was also very glitchy and made making the calendars trickier this year with a lot of restarting the program and re-uploading pictures to make it through. I finally did, and I ordered three calendars. When I checked back to see the order status because they were late in delivery, I noticed I had "unused" pictures at the bottom of my screen. I knew I had used all the pictures while making the calendar and went over it thoroughly before sending it to print, so I went back through every month and realized October had been dropped. The pictures on the top were still there, but all the extra pictures and quotes I know for a fact I had used to make up the lower portion of the calendar were all gone. I crossed my fingers and hoped the calendars had been screenshotted and printed before this glitch happened in the system, but I had to wait for them to get here so I could see the printed copy. Nope, it was messed up. AND they had sent the calendars in a plain envelope (instead of in a box like previous years), and the envelope was ripped on both sides and one of the calendars was crushed and all were dented pretty badly. I contacted customer service with my problems and received an almost snarky message back from "Trevr", who dismissed every word I said in my complaint, literally addressed none of my complaints, and ended with a very abrupt, "Thanks". No apology, no desire to make it right, nothing. Just dismissed me and went on about his life. I wasn't about to be shut down that quickly after this horrible experience, so I wrote back and challenged their "100% Satisfaction Guarantee", and was contacted by Wendy in customer service, who quickly offered to reprint the calendars after allowing me a chance to fix them in the system. I received the new calendars three days later (somehow in perfect condition, even though they were shipped in a plain envelope again), and they were as perfect as they should have been originally. They were quick to make it right after freaking "Trevr" had his fun irritating the customer for no reason. He has no business answering customer emails, that's for sure. Wendy was wonderful, however, and I now have three calendars to give as annual gifts after a small fight for them.

Tip for consumers:
The only useful part of the short response I received from "Trevr" was that they plan to roll out new software next year (in 2020).
