I ordered a dress for my daughter's wedding after confirming it it didn't fit etc I could return no quibble. Unfortunately far to big across bust, jacket could get on properly more like a straight jacket. Pulls in lace.
Have emailed them many times each reply with an excuse telling me to have it altered. Filled in returns from As requested and sent photos as requested.
Come back to say there is a 2.5 cm seam allowance and offered 10% off nxt purchsse. Their T&Vs mean nothing.
