July's statement was paid off $118.46 by my Special Needs daughter, I was with her, we made a large return of $176. The cashier told us to go online within 24-48 hrs., to see what new balance would be. She said "there will most likely a credit." We both forgot to go online. August we received a bill, balance was $86.11 + $29.00 late fee? I immediately called the 1800# and asked why was there a late fee? That I would gladly pay the $86.11 but there was a mistake to remove the late fee, we've NEVER MADE A LATE PMT., the individual was a outsource CSR, I had a hard time understanding him? I asked to speak with a supervisor, same issue (I was speaking to individuals in Philippines!) I kept asking for them to remove the late fee, they didn't understand I ended up transferred to their FRAUD DEPARTMENT? They put a hold on my daughter's account! I called back each time being transferred to the FRAUD DEPARTMENT?

I took proof of pmt to store where initial account was opened, the store manager Abby opened the account 4 months before. Abby made the call was on speaker my daughter gave her permission to speak on her behalf, once again miscommunication Filipinos are extremely hard to understand via phone, they didn't understand what Abby was saying, they told us we had to submit proof of my daughter's name, mailing address, form of government issued ID, registration, past port and electric bill, water bill AND phone bill NOT CELL PHONE? My daughter only has a cell phone, we submitted her ID with our address, ALL IF THE UTILITIES ARE IN MY HUSBAND'S NAME! My daughter doesn't own a passport!

Abby downloaded the app and my daughter's information, then we saw first hand SHE HAS $300 AVAILABLE AND $40.00 CREDIT FOR A TOTAL OF $340! YET CANT ACCESS HER ACCOUNT BECAUSE THE FRAUD HOLD? Total craziness dealing with OUTSOURCING INDIVIDUALS! I need help for my daughter.

We purchased quite a few items but since my daughter has lost weight we returned quite a few. Return policy is very easy , we believe the pmt & next bill overlapped causing all of this? Now fraud department will not let up?

The Texas toll road accounts folks are misappropriating my payments to a SECOND ACCOUNT THAT THEY STARTED/OPENED? I keep being charged duplicate bills, I've used debit cards, checks and called in payments. It's a NEVERENDING charge? I have spent 1.45(hour & 45 mins) with an employee who discovered the problem of TWO ACCOUNTS, her supervisor was attempting to have accounts folks fix the discrepancy and to change two accounts into one primary account. I was told it would be fixed? Within a week I received another bill, same charge different amount since you're automatically charged for being late? Once again I spoke to rep, was told their system was updated during the pandemic, and bills are being generated from 2 months, to two years back? I've paid over and over until that's enough, I cancelled THREE TAGS & using only one vehicle for emergency ONLY. I WAS ONLY PERSON USING THE TAG ON THE OTHER VEHICLES AS NEEDED, I CAN'T DRIVE FOUR VEHICLES AT A TIME? Yet according to them the charges are from previous YEARS, MONTHS? I am so sure that their system has given credit on other accounts, instead of mine! I have called numerous times trying to have account fixed, yet their excuse is it's my problem I just need to pay? I am in dire need of help. I have checks, debits charged & paid. I can't keep trying to prove my case against system glitch (es) HELP PLEASE.

The story is OUT I wasn't complaining just to complain! I've added storyline from today's news, seriously I know I've overpaid. So have hundred of other customers, their system is faulty!

Toll Roads in Austin Texas are cheating the users with their NEW SYSTEM (System has been updated in 2020 to date it's their excuse there's glitches?)

Ordered a concealment clothes men's crew neck under cover shirt, holster shirt. WORTHLESS cannot hold firearm in place, slips right through hole? My husband cannot use it. Asked seller for refund and return label. Instead sent address in CHINA FOR US TO RETURN on our dime? Contacted eBay they didn't honor their own return policy?

Tip for consumers:
Truly frustrated with original seller, the mere fact that he was passing bucket of useless item back to whom he himself bought from?

Last month while looking for walking shoes for our daughter, a site kept popping up? DOCTOR RECOMMENDED, 45-DAYMINEY BACK PROMISE, SHOES $59.99 NO SHIPPING FEE? I kept reading about Back pain, neuropathy pain, plantar fasciitis. They used all the right words to make one NEED TO PURCHASE. (why I didn't read reviews? It's totally my fault!) My Special Needs daughter trusted my suggest to purchase the shoes, both arches on her feet have collapsed since maybe 16-18 yrs ago, we've always have to purchase specialized shoes, she is on her feet 8-10 hrs at work. I called the post office thinking maybe they had misplaced the package in another mail box? Postmaster asked if I had contacted the company? RED FLAGS! I called *******586, recording ask one needs to leave an email and they will respond within24-48 hrs? *******@comfortorthowear.com.

I need to cancel order, they won't respond, they certainly haven't reimbursed the nearly $61.00!

Our Special needs daughter ordered without consent, we need to return. No return label, phone number? They have her on some kind of subscription where they'll send to her? We need to cancel whole thing and return this product back. Please help us, we will have to go to bank and change out debit card. These characters are taking advantage of our daughter.

I ordered 4 days ago LSxia 2, pc Peel tattoo eyebrow gel, $11.88 each box contains 2 each, I ordered light brown and dark brown. I noticed once in cart that the item was no longer same name? I attempted to contact seller to ask about the names not being what I had chosen? No response, I contacted Amazon lady assured me I'd be receiving what I had selected. I went back to site pre-ordered and proceed to check out, then today I received the items? They weren't even the ones I had chosen or the ones shown in cart? I called Amazon and provided all information, my order number, the email associated with my account, my address both billing and receiving are one in the same. Then Chen, Chin or Shin, Shen claimed that she couldn't refund or exchange item because my account wasn't found? My address wasn't in the system, my email didn't match what was on record therefore she couldn't assist with return, refund? I was livid! How can she verify my purchase with the order number WHICH SHE HAD, see that I received order and had order number money left my account and yet I don't exist in her system? Roughly 15 mins. If me asking for help! She would not help in the refund and I'm stuck with worthless product that I never intended to order or be tricked into ordering? I want Amazon to reimburse my money.

Beware of this seller CASEDAZZLE from Piscatawa New Jersey into bait and switch techniques!

On Wednesday November 10,2021. I was shopping at Sam's, as I was attempting to log in to pay, no signal. I went outside thinking a glitch? No signal? I used my other phone and left. Kept trying to use my phone couldn't, called straight talk to ask why wasn't my phone working? Why when I dailed my number from landline was hearing message "NUMBER NO LONGER IN SERVICE!" WHY? Straight Talk rep couldn't explain? 6 HOURS LATER! I had service, I texted my granddaughter, her response was "Who is this?" I responded your grandma! She said I didn't recognize the number? I immediately used my other phone to call myself, same message phone no longer in service? I used my primary phone to call my other phone and a 737 number popped up! I was livid!

I called straight talk only to be told I had requested my number to be changed! My old number was no longer available! I NEVER WOULD HAVE REQUESTED MY NUMBER TO BE CHANGED I HAVE TWO BUSINESSES, An estate sale business, a notary business with BUSINESS CARDS having both numbers! My cell number my life line! I would have never ever CHANGED EITHER NUMBER! I SPENT 3.5 HOURS ON PHONE BEGGING FOR MY NUMBER TO BE REINSTATED, they kept telling me it's being escalated to next level to try to obtain your number back, but once you requested the change it was out of our hands! MY ARGUMENT WAS I NEVER Requested IT TO BE CHANGED NEVER AND BECAUSE OF YOUR GLITCH IN YOUR SYSTEM I NO LONGER CAN KEEP MY NUMBER ASSOCIATED WITH MY DOCTORS, MY BANK, EMAIL RETRIEVAL! EVERYTHING IS ATTACHED TO MY NUMBER AS VERIFICATION!

Straight Talk will NOT respond to my pleads to fix it. I have over 335 contacts both former clients and fry, family who they've referred people to me using my 8+ yr old cell number.

I've cried, begged for them to restore my number
and their excuse is that my number no longer exists? As of today 11/15/21 it's no one's. I need help in restoring my number back to me.

Straight Talk is huge, their easy going service is great , however their glitches can cause you heartache, with no one helping, they keep passing the bucket! Careful when you sign up for their service.....

I have straight talk on both phones, my daughter has service as well. I need to stress I NEVER had an issue before this. I need my number to be restore to my business, I can't afford to have reprints of my business cards.

I opened a account as a gift for my son, I choose to open account with $31. Filled out everything, ss#, DOB, bank information, his address, his email and his cell phone. By the time the card arrived, my son had gone fishing, he lost his cell phone in water. Okay next day replaced and decided to change the number and start anew with different carrier, yadaya. We received the card and attempted to activate, there is a two step, they send you a confirmation code to email, CHECK, then they send a code to your phone? WE NO LONGER HAVE PHONE NOR NUMBER? I have 8 or 10 emails from their reps, for us to log in and follow the steps? We do and ALWAYS THE SECOND CODE GOES TO THE PHONE IN THE LAKE! It doesn't matter to them we can't change a number without the second verification code! It's been a month my gift is no longer a gift CashApp has our $31.00 and they could care less! They have silly folks representing a company that can use every excuse in their silly app!

Also beware of their other tactic, if you use your app to buy fuel at the pump they will place a hold up to $100! Not kidding! My husband's card was used at the pump and a hold of $50, plus amount of purchase was held for two days? Had he had the $100 in the account they would use it! If you end up with this worthless card, it's best to go inside to register and allow the cashier to manually access the card? Which defeats the whole purpose of having the card to use if it's pouring rain, cold or just not wanting to go inside BEWARE OF THE EXTRA CHARGE! HATE THEM!

Please read fine print, they don’t seem to care about anything especially after they’ve connected with your bank!

After healing from a twisted ankle, started wearing small heels, then wedge sandals. Got dressed with wide leg jeans (thank goodness not shorts) went to Sam's warehouse, folks were staring at me I thought must really be bringing the flare leg jeans? Little did I know my sandals were leaving huge chunks of sole on the floor? I was so embarrassed, my husband had to bring a scooter to sit on to get out of store! Cole Haan WILL NOT REPLACE?

Tip for consumers:
Please beware Cole Haan has great styles hefty prices, god forbid you don’t save the receipt after a accident, this store is all about making money and have no customer service in vocabulary, it’s a shame!

Products used:
Look closer there’s NOTHING IN BETWEEN THE SOLE AND SANDALS, that was swept up at the store! I don’t want the money I want them replace and they won’t honor the return policy without receipt? It’s their shoe!

My surgery was on 12/6/18, my surgeon used this headrest manufacturered by Integra LifeSciences, my surgeon apologized profusely, I was faced down on headrest while he operated on my neck. My surgeon informed me of this same headrest causing 3rd degree burns on two other patients, I was third patient in the last three years?

Surgeon, stated that other two patients were also Native American as I am?

Unacceptable, that this manufacturer gets off easy? St. David's hospital liason assured me that they will no longer use this manufacture.

I apologize for graphic pictures, no one would believe me if they couldn't see the truth.

My daughter's amazing dermatologist fixed my cheekbone he cut off the 3rd degree burn. My surgeon paid for it.

Carnival, Royal Caribbean had made 100s of calls on my husband's cell number, he's had same # at least 14 yrs., Maybe longer but maybe 3 or 4 different carriers. The fact remains we filled out everything they asked, because millions respond to being constantly harrassed by robo calls, now lawsuit folks claim there were folks fraudulent? Idiots we are frauds! They made calls and you can't get pasted through without claim number? In other words, I placed my friend's numbers, mine and only one of my 30 something numbers were given claim numbers, my husband's and Janice Debnam. How dare they back out of due process, please help us retrieve what is due to William Hollins and Janice Debnam. I'll gladly provide you with claim numbers.
