While their selection of glasses is large, the webiste pages load very slowly. The shipping time is ridiculously long, unless you want to pay a lot more in shipping fees. I found out that their glasses are made in Thailand, which explaines the long wait. After I received my glasses I was bombarded with requests to give them a good review. I was not totally satisfied with them, and sent two emails to the person / email address to which to send my issue. I did so twice, and never received a reply. So I won't use them again. Glasses are okay, but the transitions part is a joke. (And yes, I do know that one has to be in direct sunlight for the glasses to transition.) This is a case of "you get what you pay for".

Over the past few years I have ordered from them several times. I've also had to return something, and exchange something. Have had no problems for them at all. I'd use them again.

Well, I have not had problems such as the ones listed in the reviews before mine. Overall, I have been satisfied with what I got. I just wish that they would show you more about a product than they do. It's hard to tell how thick material is, and how comfortable. But so far what I have ordered worked fine. I did have to return a few items that my mother ordered. While they took them back, and she did get credit for them, they do charge a restocking fee. Overall, I have been happy with my experience with them. My last purchase was the photo posted below. It got exactly what I was expecting, and love this dress. I'm sorry that others did not have the same experience.

Avoid at all cost, and use Zazzle instead. Much better quality on everything. Ordered a poster from Cafepress, and the colors were way off. (Puppy with white fur, was green) It was like pulling teeth to get them to fix the error. I also made the HUGE mistake of trying to sell my photography and artwork, via one of their "stores". Their fees are outrageous, and without paying them you get virtually nothing. To get paid by them is also a joke. So basically, from products, to printing, to service, they are a nightmare. Again, avoid at all cost and use Zazzle, or really any other site like this. I'll never use them again.

Fantastic printing, fast shipping, best customer service around. Bar none the best in the business. Have been using Zazzle since 2007
