I placed my order on April 7 and my account was charged on April 8. To date I haven't received the product nor have I been told when it will ship. I've sent 2 emails and left a voicemail. I received one email response that it was being looked into, but that was 2 days ago and nothing has happened. Unfortunately I didn't use a credit card to pay, or I would have the bank dispute the charge. As it is, I am expecting to lose my money, as this doesn't look promising. I'll certainly be more careful with my on-line shopping going forward. There are multiple reviews with this same problem, which I didn't read before ordering. Stupid me.
