Bubble balls So disappointing. Took long time to be delivered. Product nothing like that advertised. Basically, very small, poor quality balloons. Paid $38.97 for Nothing! From reviews, appears that there is no recourse. Caution with all reviews on PayPal, Facebook, etc.
