Before I even had my appointment with Dr. Freeman, it was rescheduled (no less than) 3 times, and then, when received my email checkin, it was for a PA, and not for Dr. Freeman at all. When I called (which is really difficult to do - they want to do everything through text and email) I was told I could not have my original appointment time, had to come in the middle of the day (which would mean taking the day off of work) or wait 2 weeks for another appointment (when I already HAD an appointment I booked 3 weeks ago).
THEN... yes, there's more... I get a phone call from someone from Redefine Healthcare wanting to follow up on my appointment with Dr. Freeman (WHEN I HAVE NOT YET EVEN HAD THE APPOINTMENT), and to sell me "a new, at home device, that will help you based on the appointment you had with Dr. Freeman."

This place is - in my opinion - obviously a scam and a sham and exactly the reason why pain management centers/clinics have the reputation for being money making mills that pay absolutely no attention to the patients except where and how they can bill the insurance companies.

In my opinion, of course.
