Refused to refund. 75 from one of their gumball machines, even after I filed a complaint with BBB. Next time you decide to use a candy/claw machine make sure it isn't from them, they won't refund you.

Downloaded the app on my phone. Wanted to check to see if promo code was valid and accidentally hit pay instead of apply. Not my first time using, had a card saved so it went through. Immediately contacted them. It took 10 days to get a response! In those 10 days the payment was processed and they refuse to refund. End of me doing business with them. Avoid this company. Find a local place that will buy/sell physical gift cards if possible.
