One of my 3 roses arrived weak and never really took off (planted the same as the other 2), so I requested a replacement. Turns out their warranty refunded $28 in store credit. Which means I'd have to spend another $25 to get another rose shipped ($40 for the rose and $15 for shipping).
Since it might be as bad as the other one, I'm not going to do that.
So I tried to leave a 1-star review for the sickly rose and it's "under review".

EDIT: got a response here and did as Robin advised.
Again: no response. Fraud "guarantee", they'll simply wait until your year is over.

Tip for consumers:
don't buy from them, buy locally

bought 3 roses, 2 were nice, one was dead

Cat, I am sorry to hear that one of your three roses did not perform as you requested. I can understand your frustration with not being able to re-order the rose without incurring another shipping charge. Please email us at info@heirloomroses.com and let them know Robin referred you. We would like to replace that one rose for you and help your spring planting get off to a great start this year. I'm glad to hear that two of the roses are performing well. Let me know how we can help further. - Robin

Gasbuddy sends you a debit card that gets linked to your bank account: don't do it! The savings are 20-70 cent per 20 gallons of fuel. Not worth it, because they will charge your account with random charges. I complained after they charged my bank account twice for gas that I did not buy. I complained - and they didn't even read my email, but simply sent a copy & paste email back. I sent multiple emails asking when and where my card was charged (when I use it, I get an email with transaction details, but when they post fraudulent charges, there is no email with details), but they simply ignore me.
I filed with BBB.
Do NOT allow this scam company access to your bank account.

Tip for consumers:
use the app for gas prices, it's sometimes wrong, but often helpful,
but to NOT use any of Gas Buddy's financial products, the company is a scam

The program gets more cumbersome every year. Lots of windows where you need to confirm all the things that don't apply to you. My situation is very simple and never changes, but I still have to buy the upgraded version because I'm not allowed to put that simple checkmark in the base version.

And I hate how they tell you after 4 hours of messing with their program that you now need to pay an extra $49 for each state to file - or delete ALL states.
If you're a traveling sales (wo)man who gets small amounts of income in 4 states and gets basically no returns, they make you pay through the nose.
Theoretically due to my low income I'm eligible to file free, but TurboTax tell me after all those hours of inputting receipts that I either need to pay $49 for each state or delete all states.
What an enormous waste of time.

Fraud warning:
I ordered a fridge and they decided not to deliver it.
2 months later, they decided not to deliver it. Claimed I refused delivery (did not, but I live in the boonies, I guess it wasn't convenient for them).
Instead my account with them showed that they refunded my money "to original payment method".
But they did NOT send my money back to me. They didn't bother to inform me either.
So, no fridge, no money... and I just checked their consumer ratings: this was common. Their business model is to sell damaged goods as new, have difficult returns and simply take customer's 'return' money as free loans - and they won't send it back at all until the customer makes a big stink. I had to argue with several reps for over 2 hours to get mine back, several weeks after they cancelled my order without telling me, while showing my money as "refunded" on my account.

Also, they sell 'extended warranties' that start the day you pay - for products that won't ship for 3-6 months. AND they include the free manufacturer warranty in that timeframe as well, so basically you buy 6 months of 'extended' warranty thinking that you're paying for 2 or 3 years of it.

Be warned!

Tip for consumers:
just don't order from them, no matter how good the deal looks

If their sizes were consistent, they'd earn 5 stars for being my favorite shoes.
I own 3 pair of boots, 2 identical pairs of sneakers and 2 pairs of sandals.

They are comfy. I mean, they feel like wearing moccasins, but you don't get thorns.
I love hiking in them.
I love trail running in them: your feet won't hurt or get tired.

But:
My first pair were the boots in the picture, size 10.5. They are a half size too small. My next pair were knee-high boots in size 11, which are a size too big. So I bought another pair of ankle boots in size 10.5, which were again too small. Last year all of their color-schemes (other than the knee-boots) were terribly ugly, but I bought a pair of green sneakers in size 10.5, which fit so well that I bought another identical pair for trail running.
And I now wear one pair of the too-small ankle boots just once a week for a run, in the hopes of wearing them bigger without harming my feet. We'll see how that goes. But they were expensive AND I love the look, so I'm trying.

If their sizing were reliable, those would be my favorite shoes ever.

Tip for consumers:
the nicer ones in common sizes sell out quickly: if they don't fit you, return them immediately to get your size or they're likely to no longer have it

I was so thrilled to get this, since it had great Amazon reviews, but while it attracts moths just fine, the mosquitoes ignore it. Since the moths were not my target group and the trap does not kill the insects but captures them in a cage until they die on their own, I'll give it 2 stars.
