I had the WORST experience with these people. If you're unhappy with the product theirs no way you can get money back, if you "revise" the information you have to pay even more money. I paid OVER 600 dollars for a horrible paper. I felt the person who wrote the paper was NOT experienced on the subject. After going back and forth with these people, and being completely UNSATISFIED with all of it, they still told me I had to pay because I wasn't "clear" on my instructions, when simply I was stating what I was unhappy about. For every revision you get back they try and charge you, even if you're being nice about what you don't like they insult you about you not "knowing" what you're talking about. I placed my order early February, and mind you it took TWO weeks to get back and TWO writers who constantly complained about me critiquing their work. I'm sorry but anyone who has paid over 600 for an "advanced" essay would do the same. I STILL WANT A REFUND AND THEY REFUSE TO DO SO! The work is so mediocre. I beg anyone to go else where.

The customer service there is really unprofessional. I went in with my 7 year old son to pick out new glasses, in the process of being helped the front desk worker was very rude about my paper work. The front desk kept calling me back to the front desk for things she already had in the paper work. As I walked away, they laughed. The whole aroma in that place was so off. I ordered 2 pairs of glasses, come to find out they one of those were not the ones I originally wanted. I then give nationwide a call, they tell me to come in and they'll assist me. I go in, they ask what I need and it was like more of a hassle to help me exchange them. The whole time I'm getting it exchanged nothing is being explained on the process, or not even am "I'm sorry for this mistake" after getting my refund and correcting the paperwork I then ask just to be sure "The other pair of glasses is still on there, correct? Just an exchange for the ray bans" and she gets upset and says "excuse me?!" And I explained the other glasses are there and just doing the exchange for the other glasses, and I show her the receipt and then she corrects her attitude. I say thank you and walk out, she doesn't say a word. Overall this place can be great because I've been to other places, but the one in Tucson, Az. Location: 1785 W Valencia Rd is NOT it.
