If there was a negative star, we would have given 5 negative stars.

We had booked a flight #M5ZS4J, for a flight to New Orleans and then got a notice that the flight was cancelled. We then called to reschedule and to our surprise we got charged a fee of $200. This was not us initiating because we wanted to change. We changed because the flight was cancelled. We called to ask about this and the agent we talked to - Mark (this was a call at 9 PM Pacific on May 13) hang up on us, soon as we asked for a supervisor. He was soooooo rude even during the conversation and we kept explaining that the change/reschedule was not even our choice. We were calmly explaining even whilst he sounded annoyed until he hang up on us.

The agents need better training... as this kind of behavior is not acceptable in this industry. The discount we got is not worth the attitude/(dis)service we were given.

Tip for consumers:
NEGATIVE customer service. The discount or amount of saving you will get with the cheaper fare does not pay for the hassle you go through should there be any changes whatsoever. NOT WORTH IT!!!!
