Order arrived significantly short on weight (8.2 pounds on a 9-12 pound order). Had to call for reimbursement, and it was revealed that they knew they'd shorted me (no one ever reached out). I was reimbursed up to the minimal weight in the range. In short, if you order from here check your weights, realize that 3-4 pounds means they'll provide less than that or compensation equal to the three. (No shipping compensation was offered.) This was likely a fine business model a few years ago, and I get that meat isn't exacting in weight, but with an abundance of customer-focused meat purveyors online these days I'll shop elsewhere.
