I AM A FREELANCER ON FREELANCER.COM. I HAD REQUESTED MY CLIENT TO COME ON FREELANCER AND HIRE ME THERE SO THAT I CAN GET SOME GOOD REVIEWS. THEY PAID ME ON FREELANCER FULL AMOUNT FOR IMPORTANT RESOURCES FOR WEBSITE BUT AS THEY WERE NEW TO WEBSITE SO THEY WERE NOT AWARE ABOUT WHEN EMPLOYER MAKES FULL PAYMENT THE PROJECT MARKED AS COMPLETED SO THEY WENT THEY EMAILED TO FREELANCER SUPPORT ASKING THAT WHY THE PROJECT WAS COMPLETED? THEY DIDN'T MADE ANY COMPLAINT ABOUT MONEY OR THEY DIDN'T SAY FREELANCER SUPPORT TO KEEP MY MONEY ON HOLD AS THEY WERE MY DIRECT CLIENT. THEY SIMPLY ASKED THIS QUESTION BECAUSE THEY WERE NEW. BUT WITHOUT UNDERSTANDING THE ACTUAL CONCERN FREELANCER KEEP WHOLE MONEY ON HOLD MENTIONING THAT EMPLOYER MADE COMPLAINT ABOUT ME. I TALKED WITH EMPLOYER THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY DIDN'T MAKE ANY COMPLAINT ABOUT ME AND NEVER SAID FREELANCER SUPPORT TO KEEP MONEY ON HOLD. FREELANCER DID IT WITHOUT UNDERSTANDING EMPLOYER ACTUAL POINT.
MY EMPLOYER EMAILED FREELANCER 2 DAYS BACK REGARDING THIS AND INSTRUCTED THEM THEY DIDN'T MAKE ANY COMPLAINT ABOUT ME SO RELEASE THE FUND BUT NOW THEY ARE NOT LISTENING ANYTHING. THEY ARE TOTALLY UNRESPONSIVE ALSO THEIR CHAT SUPPORT NOT WORKING. THEY ARE TAKING ADVANTAGES OF LOCKDOWN AND EATING MONEY OF HARDWORKING FREELANCERS. ITS 3RD DAY MY EMPLOYERS WORK IS ON HOLD AS I AM UNABLE TO BUY THE RESOURCES FOR WHICH THEY PAID ME WHILE IT WAS REALLY URGENT WORK. ITS LOOKS THEY ALL PHILLIPINO CHAT SUPPORT ARE SLEEPING AND IGNORING USERS EMAILS AND MESAGGES. ITS REALLY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
IS THERE ON NEGATIVE RATING, I WOULD LOVE TO GIVE THEME -1000 RATING. FREELANCER IS A SCAM AND ONLY MADE TO SCAM AND CREATE TROUBLE FOR HARDWORKING FREELANCER. I AM PISSED OF IT. I ALSO EMAILED THEM ALMOST 10 TIMES BUT NO RESPONSE. NEITHER CHAT SUPPORT WORKING NOR THEY ARE REPLYING ON EMAIL.
ITS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. THEY ARE NOT A TRUSTWORTHY PLATFORM. THEY WANT TO EAT MONEY OF FREELANCER BY ANYWAY. THEY ARE JUST LOOKING FOR A CHANCE TO DO IT.
