They have a bunch of indian customer service who barely speaks ANY english, and keeps transfering the call to another department if they can't deal with your issue. I was transfered in a huge circle, from Capital One to Hudson Bay, then back to Capital One, and then somehow to Neo Financials. Lol Not using any of these three providers in the future. Do not recommend.

Probably one of the worst experience dealing with their customer rep Julia. Wasted a lot of my time signing up, kyc verification, and weeks of waiting for reply. When you ask her a question about your account, she answers your questions without checking your account first. Also did not get full trial. Buddy sent me referral and neither of us got the bonus. I tried to give them another shot, and just more disappointed.
Tip for consumers: The kyc verification alone will take you maybe a week to finish. If you have time to waste waiting days for a single customer rep reply then go right ahead. Julia from their website is the worst customer service i've ever dealt with in my life.
