So I placed an order on the website… it was a Sunday. Fine. I reached out to the seller midweek thats says they never received my text after I told them if you can't ship I'll have my bank refund it. She says it'll be shipped out Friday. Well, it's Friday evening and no order shipped out. I reached the seller and they yelled at me through fb messenger and said "that's it! I'm refunding your money now! I don't need you threatening me! It takes 5 business days to ship. Oh really now?! I looked everywhere AGAIN for the shipping time and didn't see it! Then proceeds to tell me that if I can't wait I can order elsewhere… and she refunded my money i so "desperately" needed. You don't YELL at your customers like that! If you were a consumer with a wonky looking website you'd be VERY Leary too. Just save your hard earned money and purchase through the company that is selling the product you want…
Policy states 3 days shipping. After several messages threatening to have the bank refund which would cause a service charge I decided it was best to refund the money and keep the package that had been packed today.
