Horrible Hotel!
1) Booking website said 'breakfast included' - not true. Did not even have breakfast facilities
2) Asked for plastic knives/spoons; they did not carry such items. Actual cutlery, no they do not carry
3) WI-FI not working, they said it was due to power outage, ETA of fix supposedly tomorrow
4) Why was room not cleaned; they advised it was due to power outage, I did not know that power was needed to change bed linens, empty the trash, give new towels
5) Ice machine not working
6) Towels are the size of hand towels, quality of towels was that of a paper towel
7) Had to clean our own room
8) NO HOT WATER! Unable to shower (most guests had left already and I'll be leaving today and will be taking up with Credit Card company as Service not delivered as promised). Hotel says they cannot make any adjustments to bill

The service was no better, nobody really cared.

Only Kevin showed some courtesy

My response to an ATT survey

Please read and try and understand my frustration and annoyance with ATT

Sequence of events

• I ordered Fibre 300 online
• Few days later, a rep called and selling something and while he was at it, I asked him to check on my recent order
• He said the order was NOT for Fiber 300 – I am sure I ordered Fiber 300 (I am not that senile yet)
• Anyway, he placed another order – I asked him CHANGE the 'wrong' as two orders would confuse everyone but he said it not possible to change
• I received two installation packages and was told to return one of them (WHY should I have to do this!). Anyway I returned
• A day or two later, an Inhouse Rep of ATT came (Sam Sterling) and offered me wireless lines with two free Samsung phone
• I advised him I did not need the phones but was interested in the two lines ($68 per month for both). He left my house to go and get the phones and returned about 1.5 hours later and gave me the phones
• Later I received a bill and called billing
• I was told that I had purchased the phones – NOT TRUE
• I was told that the charges for the lines were NOT $68 but something ridiculous and I cannot remember. I said I would not be paying the bill but would pay for usage of the lines only
• Few days later, I canceled the account
• returningg the phones was another headache. I was told I would not need to pay anything as USPS has boxes for shipping and they would be given to me
• Anyway, again, false information as USPS said I would need o buy the boxes – cost $12
• I also tried taking the phones to ATT store and they wanted $55 each as a restocking fee!
• Now I have received a bill for over $500
• Needless to say, I will not be paying this as I feel I should lonely be paying for the two weeks or so that I used the two lines – in fact, I think I should lpay nothing now due to all the headaches above

If you had gone through this, HOW WOULD YOU RATE ATT?

Is this why you do not have a customer service email address?, no contact, no complaints?
This will be going on all review sites that I come across

Update!
Two/three days later, the same website as the one that charged for my trial period, tried to charge my credit card. Luckily the card security people caught it but now mean I need to wait for another card and cannot use the existing card

Stay away from this company!

I chatted to about 15 'ladies', I don't think any were real. Can just tell from the replies. As soon as you have paid, you get bombarded with messages. Mine started with 10 seconds of me paying. They really have not thought this out.
Cancellation is another pain! There is no direct 'cancel' option. It's hidden under another menu option. Then after you have completed 3 steps, they ask you to call an 800 number to finalize the cancellation. The rep then tries his best to keep you paying.
I would not recommend this site to anyone and would rate them as zero stars if I could

I called these people after a sepcialist leak detection company had failed to provide what they had promised. I had a 'slab' leak. Anyway, these people came and did the neccesary re-routing of the pipes. More importantly, they are great people to work with (Kenny and Shawn) with Jason being their boss. I woudl recommend this team to anyone without hestitation

I engaged ADL on June 17 to carry out a leak detection at the above address (my house)
I was told by the lady answering the phones, explained that if the house had non sleeved pipes, they would be able to pinpoint the leaks but if I had sleeved pipes, they can only identify Point A and Point B. I have sleeved pipes but they only identified point B and not Point A. I could have done that myself as I had already had some tiles taken out to have a better look at the pipes.
I feel they have not delivered the Service that I paid for. I called Diane, the lady answering the phones and on the last call, she advised that she would pass this matter to her Manager, who would call me back. He has not. Any subsequent calls to the company are not being answered. I have tried at least four times.

Tip for consumers:
Just know that if any complaints, you may have difficulty in resolving them. In the end, I disputed the charge with my credit card company as that was the only way I could see anything happening. Card dispute was "Service not delivered" (in full)

Tech came early bit it's what happened after that upsets me. (I am not complaining about the $49 call out fee). Tech came and I took him into the bathroom where leak was loudest. He then advised that since he coldl hear the leak, he would do no more and told me that I needed an advanced leak detection (costing over $800). I said I did not have that amount of money. I asked if he could isolate the leak a little further. He said he had a stethoscope type of equipment which I said that if he could use it, I would tip him and asked how much would be good. He replied, whatever you heart desires. He used the equipment in a couple of rooms (no more than 10 minutes). I paid the official $49 fee). I then paid him $20 tip and asked him if that was sufficient. I could see he was not happy, took teh money and walked off without acknowledgement and did not even close the front doors on the way out. Very unprofessional. I am not going to use the Loss Adjuster that called me because of his attitude

1) search facility is very limited
2) Upload of photos leave a lot to be desired
3) I realize that it all depends on new people joining but it's the same every day
4) nobody replies except scammers, are the other profiles very old or are they current members

All in all, this site is not good (as most others)

I conclude at least for me, dating sites are not worth the effort. I suppose if you have chiseled model like looks, you may get a reply but then you wouldn't need to join a dating site
