Horrible experience
I placed a large order July 10th I called the owner and said i was leaving August 25 it came August 27 when. Got home Sept 3 I opened I box and saw that the $250 mirror advertised and shown on the website as antique silver was actually shiny copper
I called immediately and sent a picture
Her response was that I was wrong but here is where the trouble starts I have been waiting for a month to get my refund she is blaming UPS saying that if there are damages she has to file a claim with them Ok but why do I have to wait while she files a claim she has my money I can't buy what i needed and she doesn't seem to care she is a self righteous person who doesn't know anything about taking responseability or customer service
Stay away she is difficult f you want to return anything
