First of all, Amazon refused to accept my review on their own website because they didn't like what I posted even though it's from my own experience just that it was negative. And why should I not complain if the Amazon warehouse shipping department decided to save some of their time and just slap on a delivery label on my order?! They chose to send my order 'as is' without any protective box. It was an item of clothing that came in its own plastic bag. So the lazy Amazon clerk who handled my order decided to save his/her time and just paste the delivery label on the plastic bag. This person could have cared less if my item was not just unprotected but any and all could see what I ordered! And worse the Amazon customer service decided to not allow me to rate them negatively since they do not like the comments! All I can say is if one decides to order from Amazon just be aware that the shipping dept. could care less how they send one's orders for delivery.

Not that I like any of the food delivery apps as they are ripping off customers with their myriad opaque fees. However, I have found that Uber Eats is worse. Not for opaque fees so much but in the delivery process itself. Since it's an Uber driver who will be delivering the food oftentimes the driver makes at least one stop before delivering our food. Thus, it's a pain if one is in a hurry to eat and worse the food is oftentimes lukewarm when it's delivered due to their additional stops.

They do not accept returns if the items are opened. Pretty unfair considering other high end competitors' return policies which do accept items although they've been opened. The Gloss Moderne products did nothing for my hair, the very expensive elixir even less. What I hate is the very high prices charged and one is stuck with useless products if they do not work out.

Orlane USA's customer service is not first rate. They charged my credit card, but never shipped my order. I never received a shipping confirmation, had to go through their Facebook messaging as no one even bothered to reply to my email until after the fact. The latter occurred after I messaged them & only then did they bother to ship my order! This sort of unprofessionalism tarnishes the goodwill of this well-regarded French beauty brand. And I will never ever bother to purchase from their US location again! No apology was given either I might add.
