Really disappointed with the service and the products received. The basket hamper was for 161 Euro however, the products were not even worth 10 euro. The picture on the website showed a woven basket with so many chocolates, cookies, etc. but the gift was sent in a carton and my sister received 1 lindt chocolate, bread,
Honey, etc ( i mean seriously?). Lastly, the website stated that the gift will reach by 12th oct 2020. However, it only reached by the 16th oct 2020. There is no customer care number nor an email address to enquire. The tracking system on the website does not work. We had raised a ticket thru the website and we were supposed to get a confirmation email but that too didn't happen... really upset that a gift which was supposed to be special was trash.
