Its a long story, but worth to share, its the most horrible experience we ever have since 30 years in business.

We have pay USD1220 for 7 designs of sample, each design must carry 2 pieces, so total 14 pieces samples, USD1220 must include the sample delivery charge to HK and also to Australia (one full set sample x 7 pieces to Australia and other set 7 pieces sent to HK, and with our original sample sent back) - all sample must come with our client's logo as well

As agreed, sample should be finish within 14-20 days - but it take like 4 months and get only part of USELESS samples

Sample come without logo, wrong material, colour, wrong cutting, just everything wrong, you ask for short board pants with all the details of the design, and logo. They give you just a board pants that you can buy anywhere. And still, there is shortage of samples.

They agreed to refund half of the samples charges, we asked for full refund, PLUS return the original samples we sent them (the original samples are very very costly), BUT we received nothing! They claim they sent out the payment, we ask for any receipt, they just answer: payment done!

The whole sample production is painful for us, except in beginning they ask us to arrange payment that we have normal communication, but once the payment done, we never really hear from him, we have to send the same email over 3 times and a week, then he reply whatever he want, and full of lie, sometimes say the sample will be finish soon, sometimes say no, some issue with material, etc. the Owner named Robert Tsang, he is rude, dry, and give you the feeling that he is the king so you should be happy if he reply you anything.
